PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone call system for an elevator, enabling rapid rescue by communicating with a maintenance and inspection worker of a branch office of a nearest maintaining and inspecting dispatch base even if a controller cannot cope with a case in which a user is shut in a car of the elevator and performs a rescue telephone call request by an interphone.SOLUTION: In the system, even if a controller cannot cope with a case using a reception console 22 because of busyness in which a user inside a car 1 performs a rescue telephone call request by an interphone 2 to a monitoring center device 20 through a telephone call device 10, voice guide which is voice-synthesized in a voice synthesis part 24 is performed by a voice notification function and a building information transmission function held by a communication processing part 21 so as to notify the user of the effect that telephone call communication is to be made from a branch office terminal 30 of a nearest dispatch base to the interphone 2. Also, a communication processing part 31 in a terminal 30 performs telephone call connection with a communication part 11 of the telephone call device 10 through a communication line 4 on the basis of transmitted building information of a building information storage part 23 of the center device 20 so that the user can telephone a maintenance and inspection worker with a reception console 32. |
