<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new image formation device in which standby consumption power can be minimized in a unit where automatic ON/OFF control of a main power source is implemented.SOLUTION: An image formation device is the image formation device which provides a first power-saving mode where a power source to a power load in the device is transited to a sleep state and a second power-saving mode where power supply to the power load is stopped, and includes low power consumption type control means to which power source is maintained during the second power-saving mode. The control means, corresponding to an event for releasing the second power-saving mode, resumes to supply power to the power load of a part other than the image formation part while stopping power supply to the power load of the image formation part.</p> |
