摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved multijunction solar cell and to provide a solar cell as a thin flexible film that conforms to a non-planar support.SOLUTION: There is provided a system for generating electrical power from solar radiation utilizing a thin film III-V compound multijunction semiconductor solar mounted on a non-planar support. The system is composed of a multijunction solar cell including three sub cells A, B, and C. In the cell A, + emitter layer 107 is composed of InGa(Al)P and a base layer 108 is composed of InGa(Al)P. On a window layer 111 of the cell B, an emitter layer 112 and a p-type base layer 113 are deposited. On a metamorphic buffer layer 116, there is provided a window layer 117 composed of In0.78GaP, followed by the sub cell C including an n+ emitter layer 118 and a p-type base layer 119.</p>
