<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device to stop an engine for a work vehicle, which can prevent a controller from being wet with rain and also prevent an erroneous detection of a work vehicle failure, and a work vehicle.SOLUTION: A controller cover 4 moves between a position to cover a control lever 3 and a position to expose the control lever 3 and keeps the control lever 3 in a first operation position when it is in the position to cover the control lever 3. A housing 11 covers side faces, which intersect with a front side, and an upper face of a case 2 and exposes the controller cover 4 on the front side. A rotary member 12 rotates about a rotation support shaft 13 for the rotary member, which is located above the controller cover 4, and between a closed position to cover the controller cover 4 and an open position to expose the controller cover 4, and when it is in the closed position, forms a closed space to store at least the controller cover 4 between it and the housing 11 and keeps the controller cover 4 in the position to cover the control lever 3.</p> |
