<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further suppress an increase in a load at alarm occurrence.SOLUTION: A device comprises: a target alarm storage section for storing a plurality types of abnormal events and one alarm in association with each other; an abnormality detection section for detecting whether an abnormal event occurs or not for each of the plurality types of abnormal events stored in the target alarm storage section; and an alarm generation section for generating an alarm when determining that occurrence frequency of the abnormal events detected by the abnormality detection section is equal to or more than a predetermined frequency condition.</p> |
