PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger suitable in production of food products such as food stuff and drinking water, and pharmaceuticals, and easy to maintain.SOLUTION: A multitubular heat exchanger is configured from a heat transfer tube bundle comprising a plurality of heat transfer tubes, a fixing tube plate for fixing the bundle, a tube plate arranged on the other end of the fixing tube plate of the heat transfer tube bundle, a body for housing a member, and a lid body. In the multitubular heat exchanger, the tube plate arranged on the other end of the fixing tube plate of the heat transfer tube bundle is formed so as to be fitted into the body, and the tube plate arranged on the other end of the fixing tube plate is formed so as to be freely move in the longitudinal direction of the heat transfer tube. |
