<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device and the like capable of appropriately correcting a quantity of light emission of a semiconductor light-emitting element without using a light receiving element or the like.SOLUTION: A light source device comprises: a semiconductor light-emitting element; current supply means supplying a current to the semiconductor light-emitting element; acquisition means acquiring a forward voltage value of the semiconductor light-emitting element; and detection means detecting a correction value for correcting deviation between electric characteristics of the semiconductor light-emitting element and electric characteristics that is used as a reference. In a detection mode for detecting the correction value, the current supply means changes a current value to be supplied to the semiconductor light-emitting element, and the detection means detects the correction value on the basis of a ratio of the change in the forward voltage value of the semiconductor light-emitting element to the change in the current value supplied by the current supply means. In a normal mode different from the detection mode, the current supply means changes the current value to be supplied to the semiconductor light-emitting element according to the correction value detected by the detection means in the detection mode.</p> |
