摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discharge battery cells.SOLUTION: A drive circuit 61 includes a buffer circuit 71, an inverter circuit 81, switch circuits SW1a and SW1b, and a resistor R11. The inverter circuit 81 includes transistors TP1 and TN1. A first terminal of the switch circuit SW1a is connected to an external input terminal P22, and a second terminal of the switch circuit SW1a is connected to a source terminal of the transistor TP1. A first terminal of the switch circuit SW1b is connected to an external input terminal P23 to which a higher voltage than that for the external input terminal P22 is supplied. A second terminal of the switch circuit SW1b is connected to a source terminal of the transistor TP1. The inverter circuit 81 outputs a drive voltage VK1 to a discharge transistor T1 that discharges a battery cell BC1 on the basis of a terminal voltage VT2 which is supplied via the switch circuit SW1a or a terminal voltage VT3 which is supplied via the switch circuit SW1b.</p>
