<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold-integrated heat sink capable of preventing separation of a heat sink member and a resin holding portion, while reducing the weight, by performing insert molding firmly.SOLUTION: In a mold integrated heat sink 1, a holding portion 4 is formed by performing insert molding of a part of a heat sink member 2, where a plurality of planar heat dissipation fins 3 are stood on a metal plate, with resin. The heat dissipation fins 3 are formed to stand integrally with the metal plate, by digging the metal plate from the surface by means of a cutting tool 6. A retainer 3a, formed in the formation step of the heat dissipation fins 3, is formed in the heat sink member 2, and inserted into the resin.</p> |
