<p>Provided is a fan cover, which can reduce passage resistance, and a pump device, which can increase the cooling efficiency of a motor. The fan cover (32) according to an embodiment of the present invention is installed in a ventilation unit and comprises an outer frame (33), a frame unit (34), and a supporting member (35). The outer frame (33) can be attached to the ventilation unit and defines a fluid passage according to a first axis direction. The frame unit (34) has a first surface (341) with a convex shape, which protrudes towards the first axis, and a second surface (342) with a concave shape, which faces the first surface towards the first axis, and divides the fluid passage in multiple parts.
