<p>An ESD protection circuit according to the present invention includes a first electrostatic discharge protection part which is connected to a positive terminal, a reference potential, a first node, and a second node, and forms an output voltage and an output current according to avalanche breakdown in a preset threshold value according to an input voltage, and a second electrostatic discharge protection part which is connected to the positive terminal, a negative terminal, the first node, and the second node, receives the output voltage or the output current formed in the first electrostatic discharge protection part, and performs a trigger operation by using the received output voltage and the output current, and at least one floating doping region which reduces a current gain.</p> |
