In the present invention, provided is a cushioning member for massaging the feet, which enables a supporting sheet and a cushioning material with two arms to be integrated at arches of the foot in an elastic manner and accordingly massages the arches of the foot via an insole or a bottom surface of a shoe when users walk with an insole of the shoe, socks or slippers, running shoes, high heels and military shoes. The provided cushioning member for massaging the feet efficiently massages the arches of the feet and comprises a supporting sheet (100) having a rectangular shape boundary (110); and a cushioning material with two arms (200), wherein the both end parts of the cushioning material with two arms (200) are fixed and are integrated into the boundary (110) of the supporting sheet (100). |
