Braked double castor for chair - has plate spring holding axle down in unloaded condition and pin contacting both rollers

The braked double castor designed for a chair rotates on an axle (9) located in a borehole of the castor housing hub (5). In the unloaded condition of the castor, the axle is held in its lowest position in the borehole by a plate spring made from spring steel. A pin (8) is positioned horizontally through an upper part (7) of the housing so that when the castor is unloaded, the pin is in frictional contact with the inner circumferential surface of both rollers (10) which make up the castor.
