摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of accurately measuring the change in pressure of an object having a pressure changed on a surface thereof, with a high response speed.SOLUTION: A pressure vibrating body 1 including a piezoelectric vibrator 10, and a board-like contact 20 that includes a swollen part 21 on one surface thereof, the swollen part 21 in contact with a surface of the piezoelectric vibrator 10 (wherein the swollen part 21 is formed of an organic polymer elastic material which has such a physical property that a contact area between the swollen part 21 and the piezoelectric vibrator 10 is varied in accordance with the change in pressure of an object when a measurement object contact surface 22 is placed in contact with a body surface of the object) is arranged on the body surface of the object in contact with the measurement object contact surface 22 of the contact, and an AC voltage having a voltage value V is applied to the piezoelectric vibrator 10 to set the piezoelectric vibrator 10 to a vibrating state, and a current value I of a current flowing in the piezoelectric vibrator 10 is measured, and variation in impedance (Z=V/I) of the piezoelectric vibrator is calculated in accordance with the current value I and the voltage value V.</p>
