<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording apparatus which is provided with a conveyance roller pair in the upstream of recording means, inhibits an image formation operation after the rear end of a recording medium passes through the conveyance roller pair and allows reduction of the margin amount of the rear end of the recording medium.SOLUTION: When determining that the distance from a recording medium P to a conveyance roller pair 18 is smaller than a first conveyance amount, a recording apparatus 1 conveys the recording medium P in a second conveyance amount so that the rear end of the recording medium P is in the upstream of the conveyance roller pair 18 in the conveyance direction, with the distance of the conveyance roller pair 18 from the rear end becoming smaller than a specified distance.</p> |
