<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interlock tube manufacturing method and its manufacturing apparatus in which a mechanism for performing the suction of slag generated and the raking of the slag deposited is provided, in the manufacture of an interlock tube for easily forming a tube with a cross section having a circle or a polygon with high accuracy without looseness, particularly in a cutting apparatus for forming the tube.SOLUTION: An interlock tube is configured such that metallic strips 10 each having a fixed width and a long length exhibit a bending curvature such as the form of a cross section S, adjacent both end portions are helically wound by a cored bar for winding so as to be engaged with each other, and the metallic strips are sequentially processed. In the interlock tube, a cutting apparatus 21a in conjunction with a control device is disposed in the tip side of the cored bar for winding, and is provided with a mechanism 22 for performing the suction of slag and the raking of the slag deposited with respect to the slag generated.</p> |
