PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facility for efficiently recovering the floating oil in a drainage pit at a suppressed recovery cost.SOLUTION: The facility includes: a conduit 2 in which the exhaust gas from a generator 111 is led to the side of a drainage pit 101; a blowout duct 3 disposed at the end of the conduit 2 on the side of the drainage pit 101, through which the exhaust gas is blown out such that floating oil H is gathered to a predetermined position in the drainage pit 101; and an oil recovery device 4 disposed at a predetermined position in the drainage pit 101, which takes out the gathered floating oil H.
