PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably detect a bubble contained in fluid.SOLUTION: The bubble detector includes: irradiating means (120) for irradiating fluid (200) with light; light receiving means (130) for receiving return light from the fluid; and detecting means (150) for detecting a bubble contained in the fluid on the basis of the variation in the quantity of light received by the light receiving means. For example, the detecting means detects a bubble by comparing a first signal related to the quantity of received light with a second signal related to the low frequency component of the first signal. |
