摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device of a hybrid vehicle which is capable of executing switching to a travel mode including an engaging action of a clutch with excellent responsiveness.SOLUTION: There is provided a control device of a hybrid vehicle that is equipped with an engine and a plurality of motors as a drive force source. The control device sets any one of a first travel mode in which the vehicle is allowed to travel by the engine, a second travel mode which is set by engaging at least one clutch mechanism and in which the vehicle is allowed to travel by the plurality of the motors, a third travel mode in which the vehicle is allowed to travel by any one of the motors, and is provided with: prediction means for predicting "switching" from the first travel mode or the third travel mode to the second travel mode (steps S2,S5); and standby means for shortening engaged time of the clutch mechanism that becomes engaged in setting the second travel mode in the case where the "switching" is predicted (steps S3,S4).
