PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of using scrap wood containing carbon fiber, with which the scrap wood containing carbon fiber is effectively usable as a carbon material.SOLUTION: Scrap wood C containing carbon fiber is broken or cut and stored in a container 1. The container 1 storing therein the scrap wood C containing carbon fiber is loaded in a steelmaking electric furnace 3 together with iron scraps Sa and Sb. The steelmaking is conducted for melting so as to recycle the carbon fiber contained in the scrap wood C as a carbon material constituting iron. |
