<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection method of a metal conductor and a metal terminal capable of reducing the connection resistance therebetween, while maintaining low connection resistance over a long term.SOLUTION: In a connection method of a metal conductor and a metal terminal where an end of a metal conductor 11 is inserted into the crimp part 13 of a metal terminal 12, and ultrasonic vibration is applied to a joint in combination with the caulking, or after caulking, the metal conductor 11 has strands 14 of wire size in a range of 25-500μm and a conductivity of 50% IACS or more. The metal conductor 11 is formed of an aluminum-based alloy having creep resistance where the deformation rate is 1% or less, when compressive stress of 120 MPa is loaded for 5 hours at a temperature of 110°C.</p> |
