<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel type floating oil recovery device that restricts the diffusion of floating oil floating on the liquid level of a storage tank and separate and recover the floating oil by utilizing the specific gravity difference between the floating oil contained in circulation processing oil and a flow force.SOLUTION: A channel frame body forms a flow route matching the size of a supply duct opening located upstream from the supply duct opening to a circulation pump located downstream and mounted above a storage tank via a support angle; and is closed on the upstream wall side, downstream wall side, and right and left both wall sides, and opened upward and downward to form a channel frame body having a restriction part shrinking in a taper form toward the downstream wall side. The downstream wall side of the channel frame body is provided with a recovery part in a dead-end form with a built-in a recovery hopper. The recovery hopper is provided at the top end with a floating oil inlet that traps floating oil floating on the liquid level of the flow route, in the middle with a tapered trap part that traps the trapped floating oil by dropping, and at the lower side continuously with an exhaust pipe that discharges the trapped floating oil to the outside.</p> |
