<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a conductive coating solution composition capable of being cured at low temperatures, capable of being coated, capable of forming a coating film with flexibility, and having characteristics of electromagnetic interference shielding properties, high transparency and high conductivity; a production method of the conductive coating solution composition; and a conductive coating film.SOLUTION: A conductive coating solution composition includes an acrylic organic binder, a PEDOT/PSS conductive polymer water dispersion solution, a solvent for dispersing or dissolving the PEDOT/PSS conductive polymer, and an inorganic binder. The PEDOT/PSS conductive polymer water dispersion solution is a water dispersion solution in which polystyrene sulfonate (PSS) is doped in polyethylene dioxythiophene (PEDOT). The acrylic organic binder comprises an acrylic polymer which is formed by the polymerization of a first acrylic monomer having no hydroxyl group (-OH) and a second acrylic monomer.</p> |
