<p>The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an anti-obesity composition using a heat-treated ginseng extract and garcinia cambogiang, and to the anti-obesity composition manufactured by the method, and more specifically, to a method for manufacturing an anti-obesity composition using a heat-treated ginseng extract and garcinia cambogiang comprising the processes of: extracting ginseng; depressurizing and concentrating the ginseng extract; controlling PH of the concentrated ginseng; treating the ginseng in which PH is controlled at high temperature and pressure; sugar manufacturing the ginseng treated at high temperature and pressure; concentrating the sugar manufactured ginseng and manufacturing a concentrate; and mixing garcinia cambogiang with the ginseng concentrate, and to the anti-obesity composition manufactured by the method, which improves the content of Rg3, provides a practically advanced manufacturing method, and minimizes side effects of garcinia cambogiang.</p> |
