<p>The present invention relates to an on/offline connected real estate brokerage method and, more particularly, to an on/offline connected real estate brokerage method using commission of mediated goods. Real time information on rental goods (real estate) or property trading related to a building or an office tends to go directly to a manager or a landlord (client), therefore, time to transmit the related information to a property purchaser is delayed. To complete a deal as quickly as possible, when the client leaves the real time information of the property product in the hands of a contracted mediate service business, the corresponding mediate service business refunds the commission as cashback or points according to a certain rate after the corresponding mediate service business completes the transaction. In this way, the mediator can process the deal as quickly as possible by securing information in real time, and the client can save some commission as he/she gets bonus for the commission for introducing a real estate product.</p> |
