PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overload avoidance method and device of a granular material conveyance facility which prevents the emergency stop of a conveyance device associated with load fluctuation due to properties of granular material, and deterioration of the facility, can avoid recovery operation requiring much time and labor and can stably continue the operation of the whole facility.SOLUTION: The cutting of granular material from a storage apparatus by means of a cut-out device is stopped when it is judged that a driving current A of a conveyance device is an overload avoidance first current preset value B or more in a current judgment process, or it is judged that such a state that a change gradient &Dgr;A of the driving current A of the conveyance device is a current rising gradient preset value F or more and the driving current A of the conveyance device is an overload avoidance second current preset value C or more continues for a timer preset time G, in a current rising state judgment process. |
