PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power feeding structure that can suppress the leakage current generated between an object member and a shaft member and then suppress unevenness in the potential difference generated along the shaft direction of the shaft member between the object member and the shaft member; a charging device; and an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: A shaft member 84 is supported at both ends by support members 88 having a larger resistance value than that of a cylindrical member 86, and an application member 90 contacting the cylindrical member 86 applies voltage to a charging roll 82 (cylindrical member 86). The voltage is applied to the conductive shaft member 84 in the course of the application so as to suppress variations in the potential difference in voltage in the shaft member direction in the shaft member 84. With this configuration, the leakage current generated between an image holding body 34 and the shaft member 84 can be suppressed, and then unevenness in the potential difference generated along the shaft direction of the shaft member between the image holding body 34 and the shaft member 84 can be suppressed. |
