PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a solar cell excellent in power generation efficiency and reliability, by suppressing temperature rise due to sunshine.SOLUTION: In a solar cell including a thin film solar cell having a first thin film semiconductor layer 12, consisting of a transparent electrode layer 11 and a semiconductor thin film and performing photoelectric conversion, and a back electrode layer 13 in this order on one side of a translucent insulating substrate 2, protrusions and recesses having an aspect ratio of 0.1-0.47, an arithmetic average roughness Ra of 0.3 or less, and an average interval Am of 5 μm or more are formed on the other side of the translucent insulating substrate 2 in contact with the atmosphere. |
