PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance image quality of an image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus includes a sensor density measurement part for measuring an internal color density value, a color density measurement value storage part for storing the internal color density value and a parameter setting value when measuring the internal color density value, a secular change data storage part for previously storing a secular change color density value group and a parameter setting value when measuring the secular change color density value group, a current density value estimation part for estimating a current density value from a current density element value calculated on the basis of comparison between the parameter setting value of the internal color density value and the parameter setting value of the secular change color density value group, a target density value storage part for previously storing a target density value being a target value, a correction table generation part for generating a correction table from the target density value and the current density value, a correction table storage part for storing the correction table, and an image processing part for correcting the current density value on the basis of the correction table and performing printing. |
