PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing lid material which has a function for automatically releasing vapor when heating a container itself by a microwave oven and has stable vapor releasing property.SOLUTION: A lid material 1 composed of a laminate 10 is used for sealing an opening of a container body 2 by heat-sealing to a flange part 4 of the container body 2, and comprises a vapor releasing hole 17 and a vapor releasing label 20 for sealing the same, and the vapor releasing label 20 includes a first layer 21 being an outermost layer composed of a heat-shrinkable film, a second layer 24 composed of a film not having heat-shrinking property, and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer 25. An adhesive layer 22 for adhering the first layer and the second layer has one or more belt-like insufficient adhesive parts 23, and the belt-like insufficient adhesive parts 23 are orthogonal to a heat-shrinking direction 27 of the first layer 21. |
