PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator control system and a control method of the elevator control system which avoids that a car is operated while being unmanned as it is even when a user misses the car in such a case that the user is registered in advance.SOLUTION: An elevator control system includes a car, an elevator control device which controls the car and an external control device which is connected to the elevator control device and can input information on a user of the car to the elevator control device. The elevator control device specifies and registers a starting floor from which the user starts the use according to user information detected by an external system and transfers the car to the specified floor. Subsequently, the elevator control device specifies and registers a destination floor from the user information where the user gets out of the car and transfers the car to the specified destination floor from the starting floor. At that time, it is judged whether or not the user has used the car, and when the user has not used the car, the registration to the destination floor by the user is eliminated. |
