<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to more easily designate peripheral equipment to be operated than a system for designating the peripheral equipment to be operated on a list screen on which peripheral equipment connected to an information processor is listed.SOLUTION: The position of each of USB ports 10 is registered in port position management information 32. A sensor 18 detects the time-series change of the position of the fingertip of a user. A gesture recognition part 20 recognizes a gesture performed by the user from the change of the position of the fingertip detected by the sensor 18, and specifies the position of the gesture. When detecting that the position of the gesture detected by the gesture recognition part 20 has approached the position of the USB port 10 in the port position management information 32, a controller 12 recognizes peripheral equipment connected to the USB port 10 as the object of an operation corresponding to the gesture.</p> |
