<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress significant inhibition of oscillation of a take-up device.SOLUTION: A first opening 17A to which a hose for supplying high pressure air is connected is disposed on a position deviated from a main shaft 7 of a take-up drum 5 to the support shaft 13 side. Therefore, a range where the hose for supplying moves following to oscillation of a take-up device 1 can be reduced. Namely, the take-up device 1 oscillates around the support shaft 13, so that as a distance between the support shaft 13 and the first opening 17A becomes larger, the range where the hose for supplying moves becomes larger. The first opening 17A is disposed on a position deviated from the main shaft 7 of the take-up drum 5 to the support shaft 13 side. Therefore, the range where the hose for supplying moves can be reduced. Therefore, significant inhibition of oscillation of the take-up device 1 may be suppressed.</p> |
