PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet hoisting apparatus capable of dealing with various hoisting loads having different upper inclined surfaces and shapes and suppressing vibration of the hoisting loads.SOLUTION: A magnet hoisting apparatus comprises: a rod-like rod part 30 that suspends a magnet part that adsorbs a hoisting load by magnetic force; a first member 61 that has a loosely installing part 69 to which the rod part 30 is loosely installed and hoisted by a hoisting apparatus; and a second member 40 which is connected to an upper part 30a of the rod part 30 and arranged above the first member 61. A top surface 61a of the first member 61 and a bottom surface 40b of the second member 40 are formed in shapes corresponding to each other such that the top surface 61a of the first member 61 and the bottom surface 40b of the second member 40 come into surface contact.
