<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifuge capable of obtaining identification information and usage records of a mounted rotor before operation is started.SOLUTION: A centrifuge 1 rotates a rotor 30 mounted to a coupling part 12, and includes: the rotor 30 which is provided with a data retainer 42 for storing data, and terminals (electrodes) 43 connected to the data retainer 42; connection terminals 50 which are in contact with the terminals (electrodes) 43 of the rotor 30 mounted to the coupling part 12; and a control unit 14 which performs transmission and reception of data to/from the data retainer 42 via the connection terminals 50 and the terminals (electrodes) 43 of the rotor 30.</p> |
