<p>The present invention relates to a user orientation system for controlling a street-lamp using a PLC. The user orientation system for controlling a street-lamp using a PLC includes a distribution box to control a street-lamp using PLC and a command server connected to the distribution box while communicating therewith. The command server includes: a basic information unit to store identification information and location information of the street-lamp, and basic information with identification information of the distribution unit which are associated with each other; an authentication unit which authenticates on-line accessed user to store log-in information; an input unit to receive walk path information and walk time information from the user which is authenticated; and a main controller which extracts street-lamp and distribution box information corresponding to the received walk path information from the basic information, generates street-lamp control signal using the extracted information and the walk time information input from the certified user to transmit the generated street-lamp control signal to a corresponding distribution box unit. The distribution box unit includes: a parsing unit to generate a control time for controlling lighting and information on the controlled street lamp by parsing the street-lamp control signal from the command server; and a controller to control luminance for controlling that brightness of the control street-lamp is increased a reference value or greater for the control time.</p> |
