A system and a method for analysing a state transition are disclosed to help a user and another user (mobile phone control and a health check) by tracing a state of the user and a surrounding state. The present invention comprises: a cellphone obtaining information about a first position information of a first user, communications network access information, sensor information, and audio information; and a state transition server providing the mobile phone with a second position information wherein the first position information is difficult to be measured and each state transition information by analysing the first position information, the communications network access information, the sensor information, and the audio information, and finding a second user in an area of the second position information, thereby making predesignated data information be shared between the mobile phones of the first and second users. |
