The present invention relates to an emergency alarming system and, more particularly, to an alarming system of reporting an emergency in real time with a simple method using a portable terminal of a user and a manager in case of emergency such as school violence in a certain area. According to an embodiment, in an emergency such as school violence in a certain area, witnesses as well as a victim can report a situation to a manager such as a teacher with a simple method by using the present invention. The manager who receives the report can monitor an emergency situation via the portable terminal, thereby responding to the situation promptly and preventing an emergency in advance. |
