The present invention relates to a wire grid polarizing plate and an organic light emitting display device including the same. The wire grid polarizing plate according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a base substrate and multiple wire grids formed on the base substrate. The wire grids are arranged to be parallel and spaced apart by a predetermined distance. The first gap between the wire grids arranged in a first area on the base substrate can be different from a second gap between the wire grids arranged in a second area on the base substrate. The present invention can improve the luminance uniformity of the organic light emitting display device and mitigate the color shift caused by a change in the viewing angle. |
