The data output unit buffer includes a first transistor which applies a high level data voltage to an output terminal connected to a data line, a second transistor which applies a low level data voltage to the output terminal, a first switch which connects the first transistor and the second transistor to the output terminal, and a second switch which connects a ground voltage to the output terminal. |
