PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter device and an electronic apparatus suitable for a recording medium with different physical specifications.SOLUTION: The adapter device is provided with covers 11 and 13 which cover a recording medium inserted through a card insertion port 192 of a sub frame 19. For example, the cover 13 is provided with leaf springs 15R and 15L which are cover forcing parts for imparting a force to the covers 11 and 13 in a direction of recording medium to bring the covers 11 and 13 into close contact with the inserted recording medium. A connector conversion part 18 has an internal connector 181 to which the inserted recording medium is connected and an external connector 182 to which a predetermined connector is connected for allowing a connector of an apparatus which has physical specifications different from those of the terminal of the recording medium. Since the cover is brought into close contact with the recording medium inserted into the adapter device, for example, a heat generated on the recording medium is efficiently transmitted to the cover. |
