PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an electronic component which never generate burrs when cutting a base plate becoming a base plate type terminal, and to provide a method of manufacturing a base plate type terminal on which an element is mounted.SOLUTION: In a method of manufacturing a base plate type terminal, burrs do not project to the outside of a base plate, even if an electrode is cut off by cutting from both sides of the base plate. Since the electrode is not coated with green resist in order to prevent generation of burrs, the mounting position of an element is never shifted by the green resist. |
