PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide spikes attached in the sole of a sports shoe, spikes that are lightweight and easy to bite in the ground, that facilitates propagation of a force to the ground through the spikes, and that are easily detachable from the ground.SOLUTION: A first frame body 11c of a first spike 11 includes: three first connection pieces 11a that are imbedded in the sole of a sports shoe and formed roughly in a triangular shape by connecting with each other; and three first brace parts 11b that are installed by radially extending from the central part of the three first connection pieces to the three connection parts of these first connection pieces. Also, three first planar projections 11d protruding from the sole of the sports shoe are erected on the three first brace parts. Further, in a state where side edges that coincide with the center line of the first frame body are connected with each other, of the pair of side edges of the three first planar projections, the width of the three first planar projections is formed in a manner gradually narrowed as it recedes from the first frame body. The first frame body and the first planar projections are integrally formed with ferrous alloy steel, stainless steel, titanium or titanium alloy. |
