<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the currently unsatisfactory accuracy of reading barcodes to be shown on a display with barcode readers, from the viewpoint of how to display barcodes on the display.SOLUTION: A barcode display apparatus has: a display for displaying barcode images; a barcode image information acquiring unit that acquires barcode image information, which is information for generating barcode images; a display area acquiring unit that acquires a display area where barcode images are to be displayed on a display screen; and a barcode display unit for displaying barcode images by using the barcode image information acquired with the whole area up to the left and right display edges of the acquired display area on the display screen being the same color as the color filling gaps between deep-color bars in a barcode or a color to be treated in barcode reading as the same color.</p> |
