<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper complex excellent in oil resistance and water resistance even in the case of packaging a high-temperature oily food.SOLUTION: The paper complex is obtained by providing on at least one surface of a base paper of an air permeability resistivity of 1,000 sec. or less, and a bulk density of 0.5-1.0 g/cm, 0.5-10.0 g/mat dry mass conversion, of an oil resistant layer which includes: (A) a vinyl alcohol-based polymer having an ethylene unit content of 2-10 mol%, a viscosity average polymerization degree of 300-2,000, a saponification degree of 95-99.5 mol%, a total content of a carboxyl group and a lactone ring of 0.02-3 mol%, a melting point of 180-230°C, a 1,2-glycol bond content of 1.2-2 mol%, and a molar fraction of a hydroxy group 3 linkage central hydroxy group by a triad indication to a vinyl alcohol unit of 75-98 mol%; and (B) a laminar inorganic compound having an average aspect ratio of 20 or more. The oil resistant layer may contain (C) a fatty acid sizing agent or (D) a crosslinking agent.</p> |
