<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily print a desired frame from a moving image stream.SOLUTION: A moving image stream is decoded, and the decoded moving image stream is displayed on a display part. When a frame of an inter-frame encoding system is selected as a printing candidate out of the displayed moving image stream by a user, frames of the moving image stream are re-compressed in accordance with an intra-frame encoding system and stored in a main storage part. At such a time, frames are deleted from the main storage part while excluding the frame of the printing candidate and nearby associated frames as needed. A frame to be printed by the user is selected from among these frames, and printing is executed.</p> |
