<p>The present invention relates to a coating agent composition which is used in interior and exterior parts of buildings, ships, and marine structures and, more specifically, to a flame retardant coating agent composition not emitting toxic gases, especially black smokes and having the properties of self-extinguishing within several seconds even if a fire breaks out after being formed as a coating film on the surface of a target structure. The coating agent composition of the present invention consists of two components of a main agent part and a curing agent part, and forms a coating film by being cured within several seconds when the two components are coated or sprayed through such a spray device at specific temperature. The formed coating layer has the excellent flame retardant properties that black smoke is not emitted at all within specific time in spite of being directly ignited and fired with a maximum flame of a butane gas torch.</p> |
