PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To narrow a conductor line composing an electrode of a touch panel by partially narrowing a width of a conductor line, not by forming the conductor line with narrow width from the beginning.SOLUTION: A transparent planar substrate with electrode includes a substrate 2, and a plurality of electrodes 3 arranged on at least one surface of the substrate 2. The electrode 3 is formed by causing a plurality of conductor lines 5 to be intersected with each other. A plurality of recesses 51 notching the conductor line 5 are provided with an interval therebetween on at least one edge side 50A along a lengthwise direction of the conductor line 5. |
