PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen operating tool which can be efficiently molded and is excellent in responsiveness of a screen operation.SOLUTION: A screen operating tool is an integrally-molded screen operating seal 10 which includes a screen operating conductive protrusion part 12 for operation via physical contact to a screen of a touch panel, and a sticking part 14 for being stuck to a finger. The sticking part is provided on the side opposite to the screen operating protrusion part and is a film having an adhesion surface with an area sufficient for being stuck to the tip of the finger. The screen operating protrusion part protrudes from the surface on the side opposite to the sticking part and has hardness suitable for operation with the physical contact to the screen. The sticking surface is provided with a concavity part. The protrusion height and thickness of the screen operating protrusion part respectively have prescribed height and prescribed thickness suitable for operation with the physical contact to the screen of the touch panel.
