PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise which is generated upon the valve-opening control of a high-pressure pump.SOLUTION: When valve-opening a flow rate control valve 23 of a high-pressure pump 14, energization to a solenoid 30 of an electromagnetic actuator 27 is stopped, a movable part 28 is moved to an opening-side position from a closing-side position, and valve-opening control for valve-opening the flow rate control valve 23 is performed. At this time, when a prescribed sound reduction control execution condition is satisfied, the energization to the solenoid 30 is continued until combustion pressure in a pump chamber 17 is lowered and the flow rate control valve 23 is valve-opened, the energization to the solenoid 30 is once stopped after the flow rate control valve 23 is valve-opened, and the solenoid 30 is temporarily reenergized before the movable part 28 arrives at the opening-side position. At this time, energization start timing at the reenergization and a current value are set so that the movable part 28 does not return to a direction of the closing-side position on the basis of an energization force of a spring 29 which energizes the movable part 28 to the opening-side position, and an electromagnetic attraction force of the solenoid 30. |
